Honestly, we had a completely frustrating experience with this company, and I want to urge anyone considering working with them to think very carefully. From the start, they insisted we supply our own steel, then proceeded to bill us as if they’d provided it themselves. When we rightfully questioned the charge, they refused to issue a credit. Adding to the issues, they requested upfront deposits with misleading promises of quicker delivery times – which consistently resulted in months-long delays. Furthermore, the quality of the materials we received was often incorrect, particularly regarding door preparations. As a result, we’ve lost numerous customers due to their severe disorganization. Communication within the company is practically non-existent; the production manager is unresponsive, and their estimates and order management team simply doesn’t seem to know when orders are being fulfilled. It’s a truly disappointing and unreliable experience.
