I’ve given them multiple chances to get back to me, understanding that things can get hectic, but the lack of communication is unacceptable. Frankly, if a business can’t manage its schedule and communicate effectively, it’s difficult to recommend them.”

Mike did a fantastic job servicing our fire extinguishers and emergency lights today. He was really courteous and professional, arrived on time, and clearly explained everything he did. We’d definitely recommend him and plan to use their services for ongoing maintenance.

It was completely unacceptable and left me feeling like my time wasn't valued. After multiple attempts, I was finally transferred to George, the department manager, but he just told me to leave another message. Honestly, the entire process was terrible and I won’t be returning.”

Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend working with this company. They’ve been known to perform work without my prior approval and then proceeded to bill me for it. When I tried to dispute the charges, they just sent me straight to collections – it was a really frustrating experience.
