    Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on that text: “I had a really concerning experience with one of the drivers from this company. He blatantly disregarded a stop sign while pulling out in front of me, and despite having the right of way, I had to swerve to avoid a collision. Instead of apologizing, he reacted with aggression, using a threatening hand gesture and then following me to my workplace – a public school – which was incredibly unsettling. It seems like a recurring issue with their drivers, and based on this experience, I strongly advise against using their services.” report abuse

Dennis did a fantastic job – he was incredibly thorough, and I really appreciated how carefully he checked the whole system and piping. After he did an inspection, he promised to send us a quote a few weeks ago, and since then he hasn’t contacted us at all.     I’d really advise against using this company. I’ve had some serious concerns – their drivers are consistently speeding and running stop signs in my neighborhood. I contacted the owners to let them know, but they completely ignored my emails and wouldn’t even acknowledge the issue.     Dennis was fantastic – he quickly and accurately determined that the water leak wasn't related to my fire sprinkler. He went above and beyond by investigating further and identifying a plumbing problem. He even stayed with the plumber to explain everything, which was really helpful. report abuse

    “I had a quote done about a year ago from Judd’s, and I called back to see if the price had come down – I’d heard rumors it had. It took three calls to get a revised estimate, and then Nick told me the original quote was completely wrong and insisted on charging me $6500 instead of the $4900 that was initially proposed. He basically dismissed the original estimate, even though his company had provided it to me. To make matters worse, FireMak in Eldersburg had given me a similar estimate at the same time and they honored their original quote, coming in just $150 over Judd’s. The whole experience was incredibly frustrating due to poor customer service – they didn’t seem to listen to my concerns at all.” report abuse
