“I wanted to share a really concerning experience I had recently. I’d strongly advise against doing business with this company. I encountered one of their drivers on 495 in Massachusetts who was incredibly reckless – tailgating me within five feet and then speeding, weaving in and out of traffic. It was frightening and made me feel completely unsafe. Honestly, the driver’s behavior suggests a serious lack of responsibility, and I believe it warrants further investigation. The kind of driving behavior I witnessed reflects poorly on the company’s standards.”

I’m incredibly concerned about the behavior I witnessed involving one of these drivers. I was traveling on 495 in Milton and experienced a driver tailgating me aggressively, forcing me to speed up and change lanes. Their driving was completely reckless – weaving in and out of lanes and tailgating other cars. It’s terrifying to think someone could be seriously hurt or killed because of this. I’ve read similar accounts from other people, which confirms my worry. Honestly, it feels like nothing will be done, and I’m really disappointed. I wish I’d been able to get a photo to help report this, but I was so shaken up by the experience.

I’m extremely concerned about the experience I had today, April 18th. One of your drivers nearly drove me off the road near Dedham at 95S – I have video evidence to support this. Additionally, the driver repeatedly tailgated my vehicle, coming dangerously close to my bumper at multiple exits. Due to this and other concerning reports I’ve read, it’s clear there needs to be significant retraining for your drivers. I’m filing a report with the police and expect immediate action to address these serious safety issues.
