  I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Victor and Katelyn for their incredible service. We were really stuck when our AC suddenly stopped working, and the company we’d always used couldn’t even help us after charging us a hefty fee. Because of a health concern, I’m very sensitive to heat, and Katelyn went above and beyond to arrange for a technician, Victor, to come to our house that same day. He was so efficient – fixed the problem in under an hour and got our AC back up and running! We had a fantastic experience with AGS and would definitely recommend them to anyone. report abuse

  I was really happy with the service I received when getting my AC ready for the spring. Katelyn was fantastic – she made scheduling my appointment so simple. And Robert, the technician, was wonderful! He even sent me a text to let me know he was on his way, and he was incredibly professional and efficient.   “We had a really frustrating situation this morning when our central air stopped working, but we were so impressed with AGS’s response. They sent Robert Duclos out to us, even on a Sunday, and he was fantastic. He arrived within two hours, was incredibly friendly and professional, quickly diagnosed the issue, and even managed a temporary fix to get us back up and running.   Rob was fantastic – he really knocked it out of the park! He diagnosed and replaced the part in just a couple of minutes, and the house was already comfortable before the hour was up. Beyond that, he was a really friendly and approachable guy, and we were able to have a normal conversation while he was working. I’ll definitely be using his services again. report abuse

  “I couldn’t be happier with AGS! They completely replaced our old system with a whole-home installation, and from start to finish, they were fantastic. It was a big job, and I really appreciated being able to leave them in my home for two weeks – knowing they were trustworthy and professional was a huge relief. What really stood out was how family-run and organized they are; they clearly value their employees and their customers. They were incredibly respectful of my property and my family, and they cleaned up perfectly after themselves. Beyond the great workmanship, they use top-of-the-line equipment and stand behind their work, which is something I really wanted to ensure. Honestly, investing in a quality HVAC system is a serious investment, and AGS delivers. You definitely don't want to cut corners – a faulty installation or subpar equipment can end up costing you far more in the long run.   “I was incredibly impressed with the whole team from start to finish – they were all so professional and friendly, which is a real rarity these days when it comes to contractors. They arrived exactly when I called, and that was absolutely fantastic, especially given that we were about to have a heat wave.
