  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with Pioneer’s work removing our basement staircases – especially considering it was a project we wanted completed before the holidays. We’d heard great things about them through our neighbors, and they absolutely lived up to that reputation. Raphael from the management team was fantastic; he was incredibly responsive and took a really hands-on approach, making the whole process so much easier to manage. And Roman, the crew lead, was professional, polite, and always asked for our input – which was really important to us because we’re very particular about maintaining the quality of our home. We really appreciated that they were consultative and collaborative, not just rushing through the job. Because a dry basement is so vital for our home’s long-term health, we felt it was a worthwhile investment, thanks to Pioneer’s excellent workmanship, customer service, and their commitment to detail.   “We couldn’t be happier with the work Pioneer Basement did for us. We had them replace our old sump pump and install a backup system with a battery – everything was completed in July 2023. Honestly, it’s given us incredible peace of mind, especially with the heavy rains we’ve been experiencing lately. Our basement has remained completely dry while our neighbors have had issues. What really sets Pioneer apart is their commitment to quality. They didn’t just offer a quick fix; they focused on long-term solutions and they backed it up with a fantastic warranty. When we had some initial false alarms, they responded immediately and replaced the faulty parts under warranty, thoroughly testing everything on the spot.   Overall, we’re really pleased with the service we received. We had a couple of issues with our pumps, but Nikki in the office went above and beyond to get us an earlier appointment in January. And Alfonzo, the technician who came out, was fantastic – he was incredibly professional and clearly explained everything that needed to be done. He really took the stress out of it for us, getting our pumps back up and running just in time for our Christmas visits.
