“I was completely devastated when a frozen pipe burst in my attic, causing significant water damage to my kitchen, dining room, living room, and hallway. Thankfully, Sean Conroy Electric was a lifesaver. Sean himself was fantastic – incredibly professional, but also really empathetic and friendly, and he immediately focused on getting me back home as quickly as possible. I really appreciated his honest and upfront approach, giving me a detailed estimate with no hidden fees – he stuck to that completely. Jason and Russ were part of his great team and all did a fantastic job. Honestly, you can’t ask for better service than Sean’s – it’s all about integrity.”

Shawn was a little disorganized and difficult to reach. He initially came out to assess a job for me and promised to pull the necessary permits, but I never heard back from him. I ended up canceling appointments with other electricians while waiting, and despite multiple texts and eventually a Facebook message, he didn’t respond. Because of this lack of communication, I wouldn’t recommend him.

Sean was fantastic! He handled a bunch of things for me – repairing some items, getting my garage electrical up to code, and even installing a new doorbell system. He was super responsive, really clear about what needed to be done and why, and just incredibly professional and efficient. The texting communication was really convenient too. I’d definitely recommend him and I’ll be sure to keep his card!
