  I absolutely had to share my fantastic experience with Boston Standard! I recently needed a whole new heating system and after getting several quotes, I chose them and I’m so glad I did. The entire team – especially Nick N, Peter S, Tony, and Carlos – did an outstanding job. Nick P even followed up the next week to ensure everything was perfect. Everyone is incredibly skilled and clearly takes great pride in their work. I was particularly impressed with the team’s willingness to explain everything and answer all my questions – Nick N, Nick P, and Peter S were so knowledgeable and happy to walk me through the whole system.   “I was really impressed with Emilio and Alex – they did a fantastic job installing my new furnace and taking away the old one. They were so knowledgeable and patient, explaining everything they were doing and answering all my questions. I especially appreciated them going the extra mile and helping me with the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, even though that wasn’t part of the original service.   “Overall, I had a really good experience with them. They quickly diagnosed and fixed my Mitsubishi Mini Split AC, and the price was fair – I was happy with the deal after discussing it with them. I appreciated that they took the time to listen to my concerns. There was a slight hiccup when they were particularly busy and my call went through an overseas answering service, but they eventually got back to me.   “I can’t recommend Boston Standard enough! Our old A/C unit finally gave up the ghost after 37 years, and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They had a new unit installed within just a week – Dylan and his apprentice did a brilliant job, and they were incredibly professional, keeping the house spotless while they worked. They even took the time to give my dog some attention, which was a really nice touch. A week later, Nick came to check everything, and he was just as great.
