“I couldn’t be happier with my experience building a home outside of Boston with The Home Store. In 2011, Andy Gianino and his team were fantastic – genuinely helpful and made the whole process so much smoother than I expected. They provided really solid designs and templates that helped me save over $100,000, and Andy’s continued support and advice even now is amazing. I’d definitely choose The Home Store again when I start building my next house.”

Working with Andy and the team at the Home Store was an absolute pleasure. We started building our house in January 2015 and finished up in August of that year, and throughout the process, they were incredibly accommodating, especially given our budget constraints. They were always willing to work with us and our DIY approach, ensuring we were happy with the progress. We were really impressed with how they handled some quality issues that arose during delivery – they addressed every legitimate concern without hesitation. But what really set them apart was their willingness to go above and beyond. We had specific ideas about our cathedral ceiling design, and despite having already signed off on the original plans, Andy and the team worked with their engineer to revise the plans and get them re-stamped for approval, allowing us to build exactly as we envisioned. It’s clear they truly care about customer satisfaction, and we wouldn't have our dream home today without their dedication. – Joe Cliche, Chesterfield MA

“We’ve been so happy with our home purchased through The Home Store – we’ve lived here for over five years now! From start to finish, working with them was fantastic; they were really responsive and kept their promises. We’re incredibly impressed with their products, the team, and, of course, our beautiful home. We wholeheartedly recommend them.” – Susan Donner, Sunderland, MA.

“We recently visited Heath Homes while looking into a modular home for my fiancé’s grandmother’s potential move. We’d been browsing their website and hadn’t received a response to an email from Seth, so we decided to check out the model home ourselves. We stopped by around 3pm and spoke with Pete, who was helpful enough, but unfortunately, the estimate he provided was significantly higher than what we were hoping to spend. Honestly, the whole experience felt a little discouraging, and we felt like a wasted trip. While the model home itself was decent, we did notice some construction quality concerns. Because of the lack of clear pricing and the feeling of being unassisted, I gave them a 3-star rating.”

“I’ve had a fantastic experience working with The Home Store. I’ve gotten to know the owner, their sales team, and the office manager, and I can honestly say they’re a truly outstanding company. They consistently deliver top-quality products and exceptional customer service – I haven’t seen anything like it from any other builder I’ve dealt with.”
-
“We really appreciated the team’s help during the initial planning phase. However, we ultimately went with a different modular home company. Looking back, we wish we’d chosen The Home Store out of Massachusetts – many of the issues we’re experiencing now mirror those we had with our current company from Connecticut/New York, and we’re now regretting that decision.”
-
“I had a really poor experience. When I called to inquire, the person I spoke with was incredibly rude and hung up on me. I definitely wouldn’t be considering doing business with them.”

Charles, it was genuinely a pleasure doing business with the Home Store. They were incredibly reliable and kept their promises, going above and beyond what I expected. I was a little surprised by your final comment, though – perhaps you could use a hobby? Sincerely, Andy.

“I’ve worked with Home Store a few times now, and I’ve always been really impressed. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been incredibly professional and genuinely helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a prefab house – I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.”
-
“I was really disappointed with their responsiveness. They weren’t very reliable, especially when issues arose, and it felt like they lost interest in our project once the contracts were finalized.”
