  Overall, we’re happy with the windows themselves – they look great and operate really well, and they’ve blended in nicely with the rest of our home. However, the installation was a bit of a letdown. We noticed a few windows were installed crooked, and thankfully the team was willing to redo three of them after we pointed it out with a level. There were also inconsistencies with the trim and patching; some sills weren’t straight, and the nail holes weren’t filled in properly on others. It just felt like they weren’t being as meticulous as they could have been. Despite this, the crew was polite and responsive, which was appreciated. I’d recommend the windows themselves, but I’d definitely have some reservations about the quality of the installation – it’s been about two weeks, so we’ll see how things hold up long-term. report abuse

  “I was absolutely panicked when a huge thunderstorm caused my sliding glass patio door to start leaking, and water was flooding my new hardwood floors. Luckily, I found Apex Window Werks online – their fantastic reviews really stood out. They were incredibly responsive, sending an estimator out the very next day and then a repair team just two days after that! What impressed me most was their honesty; they could have easily told me my 25-year-old Pella doors were beyond repair, but they were so thorough and said they were still in remarkable condition and they were able to fix them.
