Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on the text: “We unfortunately had a really bad experience with this company. They insisted on a 50% down payment upfront, which felt excessive. The material take-off was inaccurate, and after only completing half of the drywall work (which should have been the first step), they suddenly claimed there were ‘extras’ – despite not being on-site. They completely disappeared without finishing the job or returning our money. Please, heed the warnings in other reviews and avoid this company; they’re simply unreliable and won’t deliver.”

Adam was a really disappointing experience. I hired him to do some drywall work on a new construction project, and he initially required a 50% down payment which I provided. However, he never showed up for the job after that, and I’ve been unable to get any response or my money back – I’ve had to take legal action. I would strongly advise against hiring him; I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.
