It was really helpful to get a better understanding of how different electricians were pricing jobs. Fernando came out, took a good look at the spa, clearly explained exactly what needed to be done, and how he’d approach it. What I appreciated most was that he explained everything in a way I could easily understand, and he presented me with different options without trying to add anything extra I didn’t need. Plus, he went above and beyond by explaining how he’d improve the look of the new panel, actually making it better than the old one by streamlining everything.   Fernando and his team did an absolutely fantastic job rewiring and upgrading our service panel. Given the house was built in the 50s and hadn’t been touched since, we were really impressed with the quality of their work. They stuck to their estimated timeline and were incredibly professional, taking great care to minimize the number of holes in the walls while running the cables – they even kept the cut circles for easy patching later. Plus, they went above and beyond to make sure the project passed the city inspection. They even recommended a reliable handyman who expertly filled in all the holes.   “I was really pleased with the work Fernando from Roc Electric did for me last month. He came out to install a new kitchen light, and while he was there, he also took care of replacing a plug and switch – a huge help! He actually pointed out that my electrical panel was looking a little worn, and recommended we tackle it. Fernando gave me a fair price quote, explained the timeline, and advised me to get a permit so Edison could move the power lines to the proper spot.
