  I was really disappointed with my recent experience at this store. I bought a 25-pound container of chlorine tablets for $207.50 – a shockingly high price, especially considering what other stores were charging. The employee didn’t even show me the product before ringing it up, and the size was way smaller than I anticipated. I immediately went back to request a refund, but the employee was completely unhelpful, refusing to process it because she said chemicals can’t be returned. It felt like she just didn't care about my concerns. Ultimately, she brushed me off with a dismissive "Fine, leave and don’t come back.” It was a really frustrating interaction, and I definitely won't be returning – or recommending this store to others seeking reasonable prices and good customer service. report abuse

  “Mike and his crew did an absolutely fantastic job installing our new pool liner just in time for the 4th of July! They were incredibly professional and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I’m so happy with the results – the liner looks amazing!   Overall, we were really pleased with Paragon Pools. They were incredibly accommodating with our shifting moving dates while we were securing financing, and once they got started, the installation was impressively quick – just two weeks! Mike Henry was fantastic to work with; he offered the best price and was just straightforward and easy to deal with.   “We had a frustrating experience with Paragon Pools regarding our hot tub service. We contacted them twice with a question and were assured someone would get back to us, but we never received a callback after waiting over two weeks. Ultimately, we gave up and thankfully found much better service with Cal Spa, who were able to resolve our issue and provided excellent customer support.” report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with Paragon Pool. Mike Henry sold me a pool and spa with a lifetime warranty, but shortly after purchase, the pool, cover, and controller all stopped working. Despite this, Mr. Henry has refused to take responsibility or provide any support. I’m pursuing legal action against the company to hold them accountable and prevent them from misleading and abusing their customers. I’ve connected with my attorney and would appreciate you contacting them to discuss the situation as it progresses. report abuse
