  This was a really disappointing experience. There were serious issues with the workmanship – the constant leaks during dry fitting were a major concern. Unfortunately, the environment was also unpleasant, marked by inappropriate language and disrespectful treatment of employees, and an arrogant attitude from the owners. report abuse

  “We had a new sprinkler system installed in our townhome about two and a half years ago by this company, and unfortunately, we’ve had a really frustrating experience. Initially, our renter reported a leaking sprinkler head, and the company promptly sent someone out to replace it – the whole job took just 15 minutes. However, they charged us $245 for this, which seems completely unreasonable. Based on the $15 cost of the replacement sprinkler head, the remaining $230 must have been for labor, equating to an exorbitant $1150 per hour! Given the age of the system, we expected a leak by now. While we appreciate them fixing the immediate problem, the pricing was outrageous and felt like a highway robbery. We definitely won’t be using this company again.” report abuse

  “I don’t know a lot about the company itself, but I was really concerned by the driving I witnessed. The drivers were speeding – at least 90 mph – and driving recklessly, weaving in and out of traffic and tailgating other cars. It didn’t look good at all.” report abuse
