  I was really impressed with R.T. Services – they’re fantastic! This morning I had a bit of a plumbing emergency in my kitchen and, honestly, I wasn’t at all confident tackling it myself. I called them and Phil was so helpful and understanding, quickly arranging for someone to come out before my medical appointment. John and Zach were brilliant – they fixed the problem perfectly and gave me plenty of time to get to my appointment.   “Phil, Melanie, and RT did a truly fantastic job installing our two mini splits. It’s clear they’re a really well-run, family-owned business – the quality of the work and their customer service were both outstanding. They kept us updated throughout the process and were incredibly responsive. The whole installation was done in about half a day, and they even went the extra mile by coming back on Saturday to make a final adjustment.   “I absolutely love working with Phil and the team at RT. They’re seriously my go-to for any maintenance needs. Last year when Comcast’s crew damaged my water line, Phil was a lifesaver – he stepped in and prevented them from just slapping a quick fix together and leaving me with a bigger problem. They worked directly with the contractor to get everything fixed properly, and every technician I’ve had come out has been incredibly polite, efficient, and really knows their stuff. Thanks again to Donald for today’s checkup! – And a huge thanks to Rich who did my bi-annual maintenance – he was so pleasant and even gave me some helpful tips for taking care of my home.   “We had a really stressful situation right before our vacation when we discovered a major leak due to a failing water tank. Thankfully, RT Services responded incredibly quickly – they were there within an hour to diagnose the problem and give us an estimate. They took care of shutting off the water, which really eased our minds while we were away. Once we returned, they completed the repairs the next day, exactly as promised.   RT Services are fantastic – I wholeheartedly recommend them! We’ve always been incredibly pleased with their work, and recently they truly went the extra mile. We had a serious problem with our heat pump, and the owner, [Owner’s Name if known], personally came out on a Saturday to diagnose the issue. Not only did he order the necessary parts, but he and another technician returned the following week to get it fixed.
