  Honestly, my experience renting a lift from them last year was incredibly frustrating. I picked up a machine that was completely dead on arrival – it was useless for the hour I needed it. To make matters worse, they just told me the machine was having issues and I had to drive an hour back and forth to get a working one. Because of their faulty equipment, I ended up two hours behind schedule and, despite the inconvenience, I was still charged the full rental price. They didn't even offer a discount. It was a really poor experience, and I’ve definitely taken my business elsewhere since. report abuse

They were also incredibly accommodating, picking us up early and having it already started for us on that frigid morning. The staff were really knowledgeable and gave us clear instructions on how to operate everything.
