  I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience. I placed a $7000 order on May 4th and haven’t received any communication whatsoever. It’s been three weeks, and I’ve tried calling the listed numbers and emailing multiple times, but haven’t gotten a single update or tracking number for my pool.
