  Chris and Tomas from Lux were fantastic – they arrived promptly and immediately got to work on the foundation crack. It was incredibly hot, but they really went the extra mile, digging down to the footers to properly address the issue.   “This older home, built back in 1900 and already renovated when I purchased it, is surprisingly solid – it’s built on a concrete slab, which definitely adds to its stability.
