  Honestly, building our first home was a huge undertaking, and we were a little intimidated going in. But from the very beginning, the team at MGM Builders made everything feel so much more manageable. They really set us up with great tools to keep us organized, and their responsiveness and patience were a huge relief as we worked through all the decisions. Special shout-out to Taylor, our project manager – he was absolutely fantastic and really took the stress out of it all. He was incredibly customer-focused and always had our best interests in mind.   “We were honestly blown away with our experience building a house with MGM. We’d braced ourselves for a really stressful time – we were expecting our first baby during the build and had just moved into a tiny apartment, so naturally, we were a little nervous. But from start to finish, Taylor and the whole team at MGM were incredible. They really went above and beyond, helping us customize our design to include a home office and even stepping in when the town threw a few unexpected curveballs our way. Now, eight months into living in our new home, we can confidently say the quality of the build is outstanding. We did find a couple of very minor things after moving in, but Taylor responded immediately with a quick text and had someone out to fix them right away.   MGM Builders completely transformed our kitchen, and we couldn’t be happier with the results!   I can’t recommend MGM Builders. I contacted them multiple times over the course of a week to discuss building a new home, but they completely ignored my emails and phone calls. It was incredibly frustrating and a major red flag – they didn’t even respond. I strongly advise against using their services. report abuse

  MGM has been a fantastic partner for us – we’ve been working with them on fireplace installations since 2012, and they’re consistently building some truly stunning homes in the area.
