“We hired your company back in 2012 for an insulation job, and frankly, we’re very disappointed. We paid a significant amount of money for what turned out to be a shockingly bad installation. We’re currently remodeling our bathroom and, upon removing some of the interior wall coverings, it became clear that the insulation job wasn’t done properly – a job we were assured would be done correctly.”

“Five months ago, my wife and I contacted Home Snuggers and Mark Walker after a very disappointing experience. Despite a quick response to our initial Facebook post and a promise of follow-up, we’ve essentially been back at square one ever since. Mark has repeatedly told us he’d return to complete the work twice, but he’s always canceled at the last minute. Frankly, the job hasn’t even come close to meeting the requirements for the state energy rebate, and the damage they’ve caused to our property is extensive. They left a huge mess, damaged multiple screens, ruined our siding, and even left foam insulation all over our yard – in the trees, grass, and shrubs. I truly believe this company is taking advantage of people, and I want to warn anyone considering working with them to do your research thoroughly. Looking back, I admit we fell for their initial promises.”

Overall, I was really disappointed with this company. While the team members were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the actual work they did was far below what I expected. They made some significant mistakes – there were noticeable gaps between the new siding and the trim, and I found several gouges in the wood floors, likely caused by tools or equipment. I also questioned the effectiveness of the wall filler they used; it doesn’t seem to block drafts, and I’m still getting cold air around the outlets. Finally, the pest resistance claim just didn’t hold up – I’m still dealing with pests near my bed. I raised all of these concerns during the final inspection, but they were dismissed. Honestly, I don't feel like I got my money’s worth.

Honestly, we’re so disappointed with this experience and we strongly recommend you look for another company. We really held out hope they’d get things sorted, but it’s been a complete nightmare. Communication has been incredibly difficult – we’ve struggled to get anyone to respond about the unfinished work after the auditor’s visit. The auditor himself has been unable to reach them, and the job itself has been a disaster – walls were broken and there’s foam insulation *everywhere*. It’s been a truly awful experience.

“We were really impressed with the team – they identified a significant issue with our old insulation that we hadn’t realized was causing us to overheat. After they installed and replaced the insulation, our home was noticeably warmer, which was a fantastic result.”
-
“I was really concerned about the driver’s behavior. It was incredibly reckless – no attention to other drivers, constantly drifting between lanes, and even cutting people off to try and gain an inch. Honestly, it felt like a complete disregard for safety, and it’s especially worrying considering your company’s name is prominently displayed on the truck. More caution and awareness are definitely needed.”
