  “I’m so glad BESC was able to fix my A/C unit so quickly! A clogged condensate pipe caused a lot of water buildup last week, but their technician came the next day and completely repiped the whole system. Emery, I think the owner, and his colleague were fantastic – they arrived the same day and did a brilliant job. They were incredibly polite and considerate, even being mindful of our sleeping baby!   “I had a truly terrible experience with this company. They completely failed to address my furnace issue, and, unbelievably, still charged me nearly $500 for the trouble. They claimed they’d fixed it by blocking a return, but the problem immediately returned just a few hours later. To add insult to injury, they blamed *me* for not being available – it was frankly ridiculous! It’s clear they need someone who actually knows how to troubleshoot a problem, not just someone to babysit. After reading my review, the owner actually threatened to sue me, which is completely over the top. It’s appalling that they accepted payment without actually fixing the furnace. And, to make matters worse, the commute was significantly impacted by traffic – it’s not like I could have magically avoided rush hour. I strongly advise anyone looking for reliable service to go elsewhere.” report abuse

  “I have to say, Emre and his team at BESC were absolutely fantastic! I was in a really stressful situation – a blizzard was coming and my heat suddenly died. I’d had a terrible experience with one of the larger companies recently; they were slow to respond and the service was just frustrating. But Emre’s crew showed up within two hours, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. They were honest, efficient, and charged a price that was significantly lower than what the other company had quoted. Honestly, it was such a relief and a really impressive service.
