  Kevin and KMK were fantastic! I had a small leak in my roof and was really worried about it getting worse with the weather. Kevin responded so quickly and he diagnosed and fixed the problem in a single day – it was a really fair price too. And the best part?   KMK did a really solid job handling the roof leak we had after the December storm. I especially appreciated that they came out the day after we signed the contract to temporarily patch the leak – it was great not having to rush into a full replacement without considering the weather. They were much more thoughtful than other roofers we spoke with. I also really liked the attention to detail; they added a higher-quality peak vent to an area that had experienced humidity in the past, and a zinc strip for a small section of the roof. They were also very accommodating when I added a peak vent for our in-law unit and a bathroom vent as part of a separate project – the extra charges were surprisingly reasonable and fair. report abuse
