  I was really disappointed with NTT and Associates’ work on my property survey back in 1990. Their initial plat incorrectly showed a significant portion of my driveway as being within my neighbor’s property, and their disclaimer about it not establishing property lines felt like a way to avoid responsibility. It wasn’t until February 2015 that I discovered the full extent of the problem. Because of their inaccurate survey, I’ve had to spend a considerable amount of money – around $7,000 – hiring an attorney and a new, reputable surveyor to fix the mistake. Mr. Hudgins offered to create an easement at his own expense, but it was far too little and came far too late. Frankly, it was frustrating that he hadn't even contacted me since April 2015, which is why I had to take these steps. Sadly, he refuses to contribute towards the $7,000 cost to correct his initial error. I went into this hoping to trust NTT and Associates, but this experience has completely eroded that trust, and I certainly won’t be using their services again. report abuse
