  “We’ve been dealing with a really frustrating issue – persistent flooding in our basement due to a blocked pipe. Initially, someone responded quickly, but the problem kept recurring, with a blockage appearing just two days later. The next technician suggested a significant repair costing nearly $6,000 for what he called a ‘house trap/s pipe.’ Worse still, a subsequent visit involved someone who claimed the camera wouldn’t even work because it was an ‘s pipe’ and he left without actually using it. We’ve been having these blockages for over a year now without any problems before, which makes us think the original work wasn’t done properly. That’s why we’re getting a completely different company to take a look and properly fix the root of the problem this week.” report abuse

  Matt was fantastic – he immediately made my dog feel welcome and was so friendly and approachable. He really took the time to understand my plumbing problem, carefully examining everything and getting the right parts for the job. He worked really diligently and even pointed out a couple of other potential issues I should look into.   “I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Anthony! He was so friendly and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions and completely resolve the initial issue. I’d definitely recommend Roto-Rooter and Anthony specifically. We actually ended up having a more significant problem – a major clog in our main drain – and Anthony was fantastic again, expertly diagnosing the issue and getting it cleared.   Matt was fantastic – truly a lifesaver! He not only installed my new sump pump quickly and efficiently, but he also spotted a major problem with a pipe behind my furnace that I hadn't even noticed. He quickly identified a large crack and returned the next day to replace it.   I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Adam at Roto Rooter tonight. My kitchen sink was completely blocked, and he arrived within two hours – even on a Saturday night! He was fantastic – really personable, professional, and did a brilliant job clearing the blockage. I was so grateful he was available so late, and he truly went above and beyond.   Overall, I was really pleased with the service I received. Roto-Rooter scheduled my toilet repair for Monday afternoon and the technician, Matt N., arrived the next morning as promised. They even called me an hour beforehand, which was a really nice touch. Matt was friendly, explained everything clearly, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was great about getting the necessary parts – thankfully they were available – and the whole payment process was super easy and electronic.   “I had a really frustrating experience with the initial plumber we hired. He arrived to assess a clogged trash compactor and pipes, but immediately insisted on payment upfront – either a cash payment or proof of insurance. I was completely taken aback; it wasn’t my property, and I was letting him into my home. The homeowner had already agreed to cover any necessary repairs. The plumber, who I believe was Ukrainian, seemed unwilling to proceed until he received money, and I ultimately asked him to leave. Thankfully, Stakes Plumbing stepped in, and they quickly and efficiently resolved the issue. The difference in service was night and day.” report abuse
