  I couldn’t have asked for a better experience replacing my windows. I got quotes from quite a few companies, and Tri-State really stood out. Their communication was fantastic, and I especially appreciate how quickly they addressed an issue with the interior finishing – they immediately sent over a skilled carpenter to fix it, and I was so impressed with their commitment to my satisfaction. The final result is absolutely beautiful and incredibly professional. Seriously, I love my new windows!   Raffel was fantastic! He quickly diagnosed the problem with my leaky chimney – it’s amazing how many other contractors had tried and failed to fix it properly. He did a thorough job replacing the flashing and repairing a hole in the vent pipe, and even noticed my clogged gutters and cleaned them up without charging extra.   I couldn’t be happier with the work Tri-State Construction did for me. From the very first call, John was fantastic – he made me feel so comfortable and at ease. A week later, John and Raf came out, and Raf immediately got to work, which was a huge relief for me. They both really went out of their way to make me feel at ease. On the day of the job, Raf was actually there even earlier than scheduled, which I really appreciated. The crew was fantastic, and the finished roof is absolutely stunning! In fact, my neighbors were commenting on how seamlessly they matched the roof with the one they did for the other side of the duplex – it was done in July of 2021, and mine wasn't finished until June of 2023. They did a truly great job with the matching. And beyond the quality of the work, the cleanup was excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend Tri-State Construction – John, Raf, and the whole crew did a wonderful job, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. report abuse
