I strongly advise against buying a home from this company. They seem to cut corners during construction and don’t address significant issues after the sale.

“Overall, the receiving office staff were really friendly and welcoming. Just a heads-up that there’s no overnight parking available, but there are three truck stops nearby if you need a place to stay.”
-
“I’m really frustrated with the progress on my new mobile home. I moved in last year and, despite having the builders out three times, I still haven’t been able to properly settle in – I haven’t even been inside for a full year! The mobile home park management, Highland, has been handling some of the communication, but I’ve been trying to get in touch directly to discuss some significant problems with the house and haven’t received any response. I wish I had photos to show what’s going on.”

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience buying a home from Liebelt Homes in Aberdeen, SD. I’ve encountered a shocking number of problems with the house, and it’s been incredibly frustrating trying to get anyone to acknowledge or address them. It feels like there’s a shared responsibility between Liebelt Homes and the people who sold me the house, but no one seems willing to take ownership. Honestly, it’s devastated me – I worked so hard to save for a home, and now I’m left with a house I’m truly embarrassed to have guests in. I wouldn’t recommend Liebelt Homes to anyone.

It sounds like my experience with them was incredibly frustrating. Despite being laid off, they essentially left me without any support or communication, and never followed through on the promise of a job. It became clear they were solely focused on churning out as many homes as possible, with very little regard for the quality of the work or my well-being.
-
Tim, the Dutch man, seems to be a really generous member of the community – he’s made some significant contributions with his donations.
-
“It’s clear there’s a real lack of concern for the team’s health and well-being, and the quality control during the construction process needs significant improvement.”
-
“The selection of doors and cabinetry was particularly impressive, and the modular units themselves seemed to be exceptionally well-constructed.”
-
These homes offer excellent quality and are priced very reasonably – a fantastic value.
-
It’s a lovely place to work, and the houses are absolutely beautiful.
