  “I’m really disappointed with the service I’ve been receiving from Loughlin. I’ve always been happy with them in the past, especially since I’m on the annual family membership, but lately it’s been incredibly difficult to get anyone to help me. I called multiple times throughout the week and kept getting passed around. And the call center support was just awful – no apologies, just a general lack of helpfulness, and they were more than willing to cancel my membership. It’s frustrating, especially considering I’m a loyal member. Honestly, you guys have fantastic electricians, but your service levels need a serious overhaul.” report abuse

  Overall, I had a really positive experience. Paul and Tom were both punctual and did a fantastic job installing the new fan – it was particularly tricky since the old one was from 1980! They were really friendly and helpful, and I felt completely comfortable having them in my home. They even took the time to show me how to use the new switches, and thankfully, I got a great discount thanks to the Family Club. report abuse

  Overall, we were really pleased with Loughlin Electric. They were punctual, respectful of our home, and Bryan gave us a clear and fair quote. The job was completed quickly and efficiently, exactly as they estimated, and they took extra care to clean up thoroughly – using boot covers and dropcloths.   Loughlin Electric provided absolutely fantastic service – truly top-notch. They recently handled a project pulling fiber optic cables from my basement up to the second floor, and they were incredibly efficient and professional. The electricians arrived on time, carefully assessed the job, and got straight to work. Everything was done in a really organized and high-quality manner, and I especially appreciated that they took the time to ask me exactly how I wanted the excess cable coiled up.   I was really impressed with Paul from Loughlin Electric. He was fantastic – incredibly punctual, professional, and genuinely friendly. He went above and beyond to ensure he didn’t disturb my home, taking extra care with the shoe booties and even offering to use a side entrance. More importantly, he explained the electrical issue to me in a way I could easily understand, and he was so patient with my questions. He did an absolutely thorough job checking everything, and I felt completely confident that the work was done right.
