  I’m absolutely thrilled with the service I received! My garage door opener had stopped working this week, and I was worried about finding parts for my older Overdrive unit. Thankfully, the technician quickly diagnosed the problem – a damaged coupler – and was able to use a universal part to get it working perfectly. He even squeezed in a tune-up while he was there!   Overall, the overhead door has been a really reliable part of the house since it was installed in 1998. However, we had a bit of a scare last Sunday when one of the springs broke, completely locking our cars in the garage. Thankfully, the company responded quickly – someone was actually out to fix it by 11am despite the awful snowstorm! While it was a pricey call to emergency service, the final bill seemed fair to me considering the speed of the response. report abuse

David and his staff were absolutely fantastic, though! They went above and beyond by looking into a single-spring conversion so I could actually get my door fixed that day.   I was really disappointed with my experience. I ordered an internet-connected door opener to integrate with my existing system, but the technician I worked with was completely unfamiliar with the installation process. While he was a genuinely helpful and willing learner, it highlighted a serious issue – the company doesn’t seem to train their staff properly. After the installation, the device has been unreliable, and they’ve just passed the buck, blaming my equipment instead of actually troubleshooting the problem. It’s frustrating to deal with someone who isn’t empowered to fix things. Honestly, the whole situation felt like they were trying to avoid responsibility, and I won’t be using their services again. report abuse
