  “I just wanted to say how incredibly impressed I am with Koala Insulation. They truly went above and beyond – it’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about their clients like they do. I’ve used other insulation companies before, and they simply didn’t address the underlying issue of the dead bat in my attic. They just wanted to slap down new insulation and move on. It was incredibly stressful not knowing what to do, and I avoided the problem completely. Koala was the only one who recognized the need for sterilization and immediately offered to take care of the cleaning for me, without me even asking! It’s such a professional and caring approach – they clearly prioritize getting the job done right and valuing their customers.   Overall, the Koala Insulation crew did a really good job. They arrived on schedule, got straight to work, and finished everything as agreed. They were also very polite and kept me informed throughout the process. My only concern was the cleanup – I ended up having to sweep up after they were done, and I’ll need to do some additional sanding and repainting on a few walls. Despite that, I’d definitely recommend Koala Insulation. report abuse

  Overall, I was really pleased with the service I received from Koala. From the initial estimate to the final installation, everyone was professional and honest, and they were very straightforward about everything. The two guys who did the insulation work were fantastic – they did a great job. I did need to do a quick vacuuming to pick up a little bit of dust and insulation after they finished, but that was a minor thing. Considering the fair price and the quality of the work, I’m giving them 4 stars – knocking off one star because of that small cleanup. I’d definitely recommend them! report abuse
