Honestly, I cannot recommend Vanguard Suppression Systems. My experience with them was incredibly frustrating and, frankly, alarming. They completely derailed my restaurant opening – it took nearly two months to get a basic suppression system installed, and we ended up needing multiple return trips to fix their mistakes. Worse, they certified a faulty system, didn’t obtain the necessary permits, and even gave me an outdated license number. The level of negligence was astounding. They pointed nozzles directly at the cooks, didn’t install crucial safety components, and, shockingly, they even sued the wrong LLC. To top it all off, a representative named Kurt contacted me, assuming I was their technician and shared incredibly sensitive and concerning information about the lawsuit. It’s clear they’re completely out of touch and operating with a level of disregard for regulations and client safety. I’m fortunate to have the fire marshal involved and am preparing to fight a significant legal battle, likely exceeding $20,000. I sincerely hope Vanguard, Kurt, Paul, Simon, and Anthony realize the serious consequences of their actions.

This is a very concerning situation and needs immediate attention.”
