“We’ve really been enjoying our time here since we moved in last October. Will has been absolutely wonderful, incredibly patient with us as new homeowners, and he’s such a valuable member of the community – we really appreciate his help!”
-
I wholeheartedly recommend Woodlund Homes – I’ve always been impressed with Dave and Deb’s helpfulness and the quality of their homes, which are incredibly reasonable.

Honestly, I’ve had a really frustrating experience trying to get a price quote. I contacted them four times and only received a response the first time, requiring me to provide the location. After I did that, I heard absolutely nothing. When I checked their website again, my inquiry wasn't submitted. I ended up having to send the request multiple times, and still didn't get a response. Their customer service needs a serious overhaul.
-
“I was a little put off by Deb’s behavior during our conversation. She seemed quite rude and unfriendly, and I honestly felt like she was making me feel like a bother, which ultimately made me decide not to move forward with the purchase from Woodland Homes.”
-
Honestly, it’s clear that choosing Woodlund Homes was a difficult decision, and I wish I’d taken the time to read the reviews beforehand. It’s a really important lesson learned – you really need to do your research before committing to a builder.
-
“I’m really disappointed with the lack of response I’ve received. I emailed two weeks ago and followed up with a call and voicemail, but haven’t heard anything back. It’s frustrating to not get a reply, especially considering they don’t operate on Saturdays – people work during the week and expect a timely response. Because of this, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.”
-
She was a really lovely lady – very polite and knowledgeable, and she had a great selection of things to browse through.
-
“I was extremely disappointed with my interaction with Deb. Her communication was consistently rude and unprofessional, both over the phone and via email.”
-
“Working with this team has been a bit challenging; Deb, in particular, hasn’t seemed to be putting in a lot of effort.”
-
Honestly, the whole experience was a bit frustrating. The salesperson wasn’t willing to show me the property herself, which made it difficult to get a good feel for it. Ultimately, I ended up going with Town and Country Homes – they were fantastic and really helped me through the entire process of buying my new home.
