  “I was incredibly impressed with HyTech Roofing Solutions’ work on our condominium community’s roofs. Alex and his team were truly professional and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. They were very cooperative and, importantly, took care to completely clean up around each home every day. My own roof replacement was particularly impressive. Because my home is a renovated barn without an attic, I was worried about dust and debris. Alex anticipated this and took the initiative to move all my furniture and protect my floors and walls – it was a fantastic detail! The entire job took just two and a half days, and he even arranged for a cleaning crew to come and put everything back exactly as it was, finishing up around noon on the last day.   I was really frustrated with this company. I had a roof repair done about eight years ago, and recently it started leaking again. Multiple contractors had looked at it and said there was nothing wrong, but my ceiling was getting worse. Finally, Alec came out and identified the real problem and agreed to fix it, which was great – he was very professional and friendly. However, the entire experience was incredibly disappointing. After writing a positive review, they promised me a written estimate within a week, but it’s now been two months and I’ve heard nothing. They seemed to be trying to pressure me into a good review, and frankly, it felt dishonest. They didn’t even bother to send an estimate, despite knowing they don't work during the winter. It was a complete waste of time, and I wouldn’t recommend them. report abuse

  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with HyTech Roofing’s work replacing the roofs on our entire 16-unit HOA. As a board member, I was involved in the selection process and can honestly say Patrick and Alex were fantastic to work with. They went above and beyond, taking the time to meet with all the homeowners, patiently answering our many questions and really educating us about the roofing process. Alex was consistently on-site, always available to consult and help us make decisions, and he genuinely seemed to enjoy his job – a real pleasure to have around. From the very beginning, they were incredibly thorough; they gave us a really great quote that clearly explained all the materials involved. They scheduled the work and then, surprisingly, called a few days later to let us know they could start sooner than expected. They even took care of our solar panels as part of the project. Since the new roof was installed, we’ve had some pretty rough weather – rain, snow, and wind – and the roof has held up perfectly.
