“I’d highly recommend this place – I used to bring all our CO2 fire extinguishers here for my job at Anaconda Protective Concepts, and I always had fantastic experiences. Doug was especially great; he was always so kind and professional. The service was usually pretty quick, usually within a few days for a couple of extinguishers, though turnaround times could be a bit longer – around 1-3 weeks – if they were particularly busy. Overall, a really solid operation and a great team!”

“I needed a 10-pound tank of beverage-grade CO2, and Fire Safe Incorporated seemed like a good option because of its location and price. I ordered a brand new tank, and it arrived with a tare weight of 14.84 pounds. When I weighed it at home, it showed 15.4 pounds – I figured my scale wasn’t super precise at that weight, and there was a coaster under the tank. They filled it quickly, taking about 15 minutes for around $30. When I weighed it again at home, it came out to 25 pounds, which meant I received roughly 9.6 pounds of CO2. Still, I was really pleased with the service – everyone was friendly, it was fast, and the price was fair. I ended up getting the full 10 pounds I needed, and I’d definitely recommend Fire Safe Incorporated; I’ll be back when I need to refill.”

“I needed to get a defective boat extinguisher taken care of, and I was so impressed with Doug at the shop. He not only handled the extinguisher perfectly, but he was just a genuinely wonderful guy. He really went above and beyond, insisting on giving me a new extinguisher for my home – such a thoughtful gesture! We even talked about going fishing on the Chesapeake Bay, and I’m already planning our next outing. I’ll definitely be going back to Doug for any advice I need, and I’m hoping we can get out on the water together soon!”
