  Working with Pamela and Maryland Dream Kitchens & Bath was truly a fantastic experience. We were looking to completely transform our kitchen and open it up into our dining room, and Pamela absolutely knocked it out of the park! She had such an incredible eye for detail and really brought our somewhat crazy vision to life. Pamela was so easy and enjoyable to work with – she was incredibly professional, always responsive, and quickly solved any challenges that came up. She handled absolutely everything for us, from scheduling to coordination, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. She was also fantastic at offering suggestions and helping us make decisions, ensuring we were completely happy with every aspect of the design. Her showroom was amazing, with a huge selection of samples, and we’re so grateful we found her – we absolutely love our new kitchen and can’t wait to show it off! report abuse

  “I’d really advise caution when considering this company. From our experience, they weren’t transparent about their pricing, and it felt a little misleading. Pamela initially gave us a budget range for our kitchen, but didn’t provide specific numbers until we were in the showroom. While the designer was pleasant, the process felt rushed and they kept trying to upsell us, significantly increasing the quote to nearly $10,000 beyond our initial estimate. They even refused to show us the original estimate without the extra features we’d requested. It just didn’t make sense, especially given the initial range they’d provided. We ended up getting much better quotes from other companies, so I’d definitely recommend getting several quotes before making a decision.” report abuse
