  I was so impressed with John Cooper Paving – it was honestly the easiest experience I’ve had with a contractor. I contacted seven different companies, and it was a real struggle to get a response from most of them. But from the moment I spoke with Jackie to schedule the estimate, she was just wonderful; so helpful and kind. Denise was out quickly to do the estimate, and they even provided a really informative folder outlining their process and the company itself. What really stood out was their responsiveness and the reassurance they provided. The guy who came out to do the work – John (or someone who’s been with them for 25 years!) – was fantastic. He explained everything clearly, addressed all our concerns, and really put us at ease. I had to go back to work, but I felt completely confident that everything was in good hands. The job took about three and a half hours, and the finished driveway looks absolutely amazing! I’d definitely recommend John Cooper Paving – they’ve completely transformed our driveway! report abuse

From the very beginning, they stood out – they were the only company that responded to our inquiry and they were incredibly professional and prompt in scheduling a visit to our home. We received several bids, and while their price wasn't the cheapest, it was very competitive. We’re so glad we chose them, and we’re thrilled with the amazing job they did.   “I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. From start to finish, everyone I dealt with – Jackie the office manager, Denise the owner, her sons Jack and Joshua, and even the foreman Wilson – were fantastic. They stuck to their original schedule, completing the work on the day it was planned and doing a really thorough job, widening my driveway by a foot and adding a berm exactly as we’d discussed. A few days later, I noticed a couple of larger stones, but Denise took care of them immediately. I’ll absolutely be calling them again next year for a driveway seal coat.” report abuse

  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the driveway paving project. From our first conversation with Jackie to the final result, the whole experience was really smooth and professional. As homeowners who’d never tackled a project like this, we were a little nervous, but Denise was fantastic – she came out to measure everything and gave us a fair and reasonable estimate. The crew did an absolutely amazing job paving the driveway, and they were also incredibly thorough in cleaning up afterward.
