They used really high-quality products, and thankfully, the prices were reasonable considering the quality. It’s definitely true that you get what you pay for in flooring. What really stood out was that the installers were actually employees, which gave me a huge sense of confidence. They were incredibly careful and thorough, explaining everything they were doing and the timeline, which was very fair.   Overall, we were thrilled with the final result after JJ Hardwood Floors refinished our first floor. It was a huge undertaking – we’d bought the house 34 years ago and the floors were completely bare! We ended up needing to rent a storage unit and move all our belongings outside for nearly a week, which was a real hassle. However, the transformation was absolutely incredible. The crew did a fantastic job protecting our kitchen, stairwell, and fireplace from sawdust, and they even needed an extra day of sanding due to the condition of the old floors. The three coats of oil-based polyurethane really brought the floors back to life. The only thing that could have been better was the communication around the time we’d need to be out of the house. The smell from the finish was very strong, and we ended up staying away from the house for another week, running fans constantly to try and air it out. Despite that, we’re so happy with the beautiful, new-looking floors, and we really want to thank JJ Floors for their excellent work! report abuse

  “I’ve been really trying to get a quote from JJ Hardwood for two jobs around the house, and it’s been incredibly frustrating. It took over two weeks to finally get a call back, and they haven’t responded to any follow-up attempts. Plus, it’s almost impossible to actually speak to someone – I’ve never been able to get through. Based on this experience, it seems like JJ Hardwood isn’t prioritizing customer service or new business.” report abuse
