  Working with Post Road Carpet to get a runner for our stairs was a really great experience. Joanne was fantastic – she was so helpful, patiently showing us a lot of different options and styles, even digging through some remnants to find something perfect for our budget. She was really accommodating, coming out to measure quickly and giving us plenty of time to consider samples at home. Once we made our decision, the installation went smoothly and the installers were both efficient and friendly. We’re absolutely thrilled with the final product and the whole process! report abuse

  Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Post Road Carpet. From the moment we walked in, our saleswoman was incredibly helpful, really taking the time to understand what we were looking for and finding us the perfect carpet.   Overall, we had a really positive experience with Post Road Carpet One – we absolutely love our new carpeting; it’s gorgeous and incredibly soft. The installation team did a fantastic job with the fit and look. However, we did have a small concern. During the removal of the old carpet, the installers didn’t use shoe coverings, which unfortunately led to some dirt and debris being tracked into the house. It would be great if they could provide those for the team going forward. report abuse

  Post Rd Carpet was fantastic – I had a really great experience! Bill went above and beyond to help me choose the right carpet, even picking up samples for me at my house. He was always available to answer my questions, and the company was incredibly accommodating with scheduling the delivery. The delivery team was also fantastic, ensuring everything arrived safely and in perfect condition.
