“I’m really disappointed with the follow-up after our initial visit. The technician we had come out on Tuesday was fantastic – he quickly diagnosed our AC problem and explained exactly what needed to be done. However, since then, nothing has happened. We’ve contacted both Pinnacle and our Home Shield service daily, but we haven’t received any updates or a diagnosis. It's frustrating because the technician clearly identified the issue, and now we’re stuck with a broken AC unit as we head into some really hot weather. We need a concrete plan and an actual diagnosis from Pinnacle – it’s unacceptable that this hasn’t been relayed to our Home Shield service.”
