Kelsey went above and beyond when they needed a new cartridge filter on a Friday at 3 pm. They were out of stock, but Kelsey personally drove to the distributor to get one and delivered it to their home, completely free of charge.   “I can’t say enough good things about Drewnowski Pools! From start to finish, the whole team was incredibly professional and clearly experienced – many of them have been in the business for a really long time. We had our old liner fail just a couple of weeks into May, and they got a brand new liner and our pool filled before June 1st, which was amazing, especially with everyone wanting pools this summer due to the situation. Julie was fantastic at coordinating everything from the shop, and Bob really helped us choose the perfect liner. But Steve – seriously, he was incredible! He really went above and beyond, handling everything from the measurements to the prep work and the installation himself. The whole team, including Russ, Juan, and a couple of the younger guys, worked so hard to get us up and running. They even helped us get the water trucks and gave us some great recommendations for landscaping professionals who specialize in pools. My kids are absolutely thrilled to have a pool this summer, and I want to thank everyone at Drewnowski Pools for their exceptional service!” report abuse

He specifically mentioned ‘the legend’ and his associate Steve – they’re both fantastic and I’m confident they can handle any pool problems I might have.   I was really frustrated with the whole experience. I hired them to open my pool and paid $350, but they couldn’t get the pump working. They told me to fill it to a specific level, and after they finished, they said it wasn’t high enough, so I had to add more water myself. It felt like they should have been adding water as they worked. Unfortunately, they couldn’t get the pump running and just gave me some basic instructions. It’s been two months now, and I still can’t use my pool. I’ve contacted them about a possible leak, but they haven't done anything about it. Honestly, I feel like they’ve lost a customer who would have been loyal to them. report abuse

  “I’ve been really disappointed with the service since the merger. While the staff are friendly, they seem unable to actually resolve any issues. The technicians doing the water tests don’t seem knowledgeable and can’t answer even basic questions. I’ve repeatedly requested someone to come to our property to properly diagnose and fix our pool’s problems, but I’m constantly being told to just bring in a sample. Despite sending in nine samples, my pool remains green. I’ve had to take my business elsewhere because of these ongoing frustrations.” report abuse

  Overall, this pool store has really turned things around! Initially, I was a bit hesitant after one negative experience, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. It seems like a group of really capable young people runs the place, especially during the summer months. They’ve since provided several excellent service experiences, and because it’s the closest store to me, I’m definitely happy I gave it another chance – I’d recommend checking it out yourself. report abuse
