Derek and his team were fantastic – they really took the time to understand my needs and presented me with several excellent metal roofing options. They provided a detailed, free estimate and a clear scope of work, and while they weren’t the least expensive, the quality of their work and the peace of mind they provided were absolutely worth it. I especially appreciated how careful they were, taking extra precautions to protect my rose garden and pool. The skylight installation was also done to a really high standard. Derek and Josh were both incredibly professional and easy to work with, making the whole process completely stress-free. We got several quotes, and while they were a little pricier than some, we chose them because of how responsive and professional they were from the very beginning. Seriously, the service was outstanding – amazing from the first phone call right through to the final inspection. The crew was incredibly organized, efficient, and the job site was spotless. They were always on time, took meticulous care to clean up after themselves – using a magnet and blower – and addressed any questions or concerns we had instantly.   I was really frustrated with this whole experience. Initially, we were promised an $840 rebate for our cool roof, but it never materialized because the installation in October 2022 didn’t meet city requirements – information the city had actually given us back in July 2022. Despite that, they offered two years of complimentary maintenance. However, after the installation, it became impossible to get in touch with them. They kept calling to reschedule appointments, like switching from an 8 am slot to a midday one, which didn't work for my schedule, and then waited until 11 am before finally arriving – which I ultimately had to leave. It turned out the workers didn't show up until 1:30 pm, and I never received a clear explanation for the delays. Frankly, it felt like they were just trying to cover up their mistakes and weren't interested in resolving the issue. The installation itself was done well – the crew was skilled and used GAF shingles – but the lack of communication and responsiveness after the work was completed was incredibly disappointing. report abuse

  “From start to finish, Immaculate Roofing exceeded all our expectations. They truly lived up to their name – it was a remarkably clean and professional experience, which is honestly a huge relief when you’re getting a roof installed. Mike, Derek, Josh, Eddie, and the whole crew were fantastic; they were always courteous, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. What really stood out was their attention to detail. During the final walkthrough, one of the carpenters even insisted on securing a loose cable wire – he wanted to leave the job absolutely perfect! It was clear they took immense pride in their work, and that level of commitment gave us incredible peace of mind. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better team. They finished early, left our property safe, and were just a joy to have around. We wholeheartedly recommend Immaculate Roofing – they did a fantastic job and we’re so grateful!” report abuse
