I’m incredibly disappointed and frankly, devastated by the state of this house. It’s clear I’ve been completely swindled and massively overcharged. I was promised a new home, but instead, I’ve been left with a disastrous mess and a huge financial burden. The initial house was provided by GENERAL housing, but then handed over to someone – Dorothy – who did absolutely nothing to rectify the problems. It’s a shocking lack of accountability and professionalism. From the faulty drywall to the completely unaddressed issues, it’s been a constant battle to get anyone to do the basic work that was supposed to be included. I’ve been forced to demand repairs, source materials myself – even buying new steps because she wouldn't provide them – and ultimately, pay someone else to fix the damage caused by her negligence. There were lies about the ground preparation, added expenses like a $11,000 pump truck, and a general disregard for quality. It’s truly heartbreaking, and I’m left feeling incredibly let down and robbed. I’m seriously considering legal action to recoup my losses.

I’m incredibly disappointed with the work this company did on my house. The quality was shockingly poor, and frankly, I’m embarrassed to own it. They completely failed to deliver on the agreed-upon plans, incorporating unwanted features like a sump pump with no drainage and ignoring my request for a bathroom. The final result is riddled with issues and is a terrible reflection of the investment I made. I strongly advise anyone considering using this company to look elsewhere – their work is unacceptable.
