  “I’ve been renting from Jeremiah and Trevor for years, and I can honestly say they’re the best. Their customer service is outstanding – truly the best I’ve ever encountered. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them, even if it meant hauling equipment across state.   “It’s clear there’s a disconnect here. The repeated requests for second and third opinions, coupled with a seeming disbelief in the initial printout, raised serious concerns. It felt like a deliberate effort to deny a legitimate claim, particularly as it took five people to ultimately approve a full refund for a relatively small amount. It’s concerning that a company with such significant resources would attempt to discourage a customer from receiving what they were entitled to.” report abuse

  “I was really frustrated with this experience. After bringing my truck in, the mechanic said the differential was fine and that the noise was coming from the transmission. However, after they replaced the transmission, the noise persisted. They then diagnosed the problem as being with the differential itself – which was completely unexpected. Ultimately, I ended up paying for the parts, but I wasn’t satisfied with their service and didn’t feel I should be charged for their incorrect diagnosis. It seemed like they weren’t taking my concerns seriously, and I had to take my truck elsewhere for a proper repair.” report abuse
