“I was really frustrated with my experience. After bringing my truck in, the mechanic said the differential was fine and the issue was with the transmission. Unfortunately, after they replaced the transmission, the noise persisted, and they then claimed the differential was the problem too. Ultimately, I ended up paying for the parts myself, but I wasn’t satisfied with their service and didn’t feel I should be charged for their incorrect diagnosis and subsequent repairs. It seemed like they weren't taking my concerns seriously and I had to take my truck elsewhere for a proper solution.”
