  “I’ve been really impressed with the service I’ve received from 3D – it’s been fantastic! I had a problem with my A/C unit on two separate occasions during some really hot weekends, and both times they responded so quickly. The phone attendants were incredibly friendly and helpful, setting up appointments promptly. I especially want to commend Isaiah and Emily for their professionalism and patience when they diagnosed and fixed the issues.   “The serviceman was really efficient and got the repairs done quickly, which I appreciated. However, I was a little surprised by the final cost – it was higher than I anticipated, particularly since I was originally informed the part was still under warranty.   “I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from 3D Air, particularly from Isaiah. We had a really frustrating issue in early January – a sudden loss of consistent heat that lasted for several days, fluctuating wildly in temperature. Isaiah was fantastic. He spent multiple consecutive days, braving the freezing weather, tirelessly troubleshooting the system, and he really took the time to explain everything to me, even though I don't have a background in HVAC. He kept me fully informed every step of the way, which was incredibly reassuring. Honestly, his patience and clear explanations made a complex problem feel much more manageable. Beyond that, he was just a professional – never once complained about the weather or the issue itself. After the problem was fixed, he even followed up to make sure everything was still working smoothly. 3D Air provides top-notch customer care, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.
