  “This wasn’t a typical business review, but it’s a story that needs to be told. I had a really frightening experience – one of Rooster’s trucks sped past me and then started throwing rocks at my van, actually hitting my windshield with a piece the size of a golf ball. I documented the whole thing with video. Despite promising to fix the damage, Rooster, the fleet manager, completely ignored me and cancelled on me multiple times. I’ve filed a police report and am pursuing legal action because frankly, it’s unacceptable. I don’t understand how they could behave this way, and I’m determined to see justice served – a $200 windshield shouldn't have caused this much trouble.” report abuse

  “I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. Scooter attempted to significantly inflate my invoice by adding an extra $2500, then tried to change the price after I refused. They fabricated charges and the sales staff were incredibly rude and disrespectful – particularly towards women, which felt incredibly unfair. Honestly, it felt like they were trying to take advantage of me, and I’m now pursuing legal action through small claims court.” report abuse

  “We had a really frustrating experience with this concrete supplier. We called three days in advance to arrange our order and were scheduled for delivery at 1:00 PM today. However, we weren’t updated until 12:30, when they told us it would be another 2-3 hours. When we called back at 3:00, the scheduling guy said it could be another two hours! To add to the problem, he completely dismissed our offer to have the concrete delivered the next day, which would have meant an extra 1.5-hour trip for our crew. Because of the significant delay and his unprofessional response, our crew has been paid extra for wasted time. Honestly, we wouldn’t recommend ordering concrete from this company – stick with Kirkpatrick instead.” report abuse

  “There were some significant issues with the service we received. We ordered a 4-inch slump, but consistently received a 6 1/4-inch slump – and, concerningly, without any water added. This happened across three separate deliveries by the same drivers. Furthermore, the drivers seemed dismissive and took an unnecessarily negative attitude when we asked for clarification, even suggesting the slump was already “off.” Finally, the finishers had a long wait – about five minutes – while a driver was on the phone.” report abuse

  I’m writing to express my extreme concern and disappointment with the driver of the truck I encountered. He was incredibly reckless and displayed a complete lack of awareness while driving. He cut me off aggressively on Shades Creek Pkwy while attempting to merge onto Cahaba Rd., and despite signaling, he left me no room to maneuver, forcing me to brake suddenly. Furthermore, he proceeded to drive significantly below the speed limit, and made several unsafe lane changes – it seemed as though he wasn't paying attention, possibly due to being distracted or fatigued. I was very worried for my safety. I wish he had been more considerate and aware of his surroundings. I'm incredibly frustrated with the damage to my car as a result of his actions. I really hope you address these serious concerns with your drivers. report abuse

  It’s incredibly concerning to see companies allowing their trucks to repeatedly drop rocks onto the highway. This isn't just careless; it’s a serious safety hazard that’s clearly causing damage to other vehicles, and should be met with significant penalties. report abuse
