  I couldn’t be happier with AVA! I was really stressed about getting a security system and thankfully, I called Greg C. He was fantastic – he took the time to explain everything about the cameras and the different options, and he really helped us find the perfect system for our home and budget. What was incredible was that he actually came out the same day and installed everything, getting us up and running in no time. Greg was so caring and patient, even showing my whole family how to use the system. It was honestly a really smooth process. And then, just a few days later, the system caught a burglar! I got an alert, saw the footage, and the police were able to catch the person thanks to the amazing cameras. Seriously, it was the best money we’ve ever spent. Greg’s expertise, his quick service, and the incredible results – it’s truly a top-notch system and a fantastic salesman. I highly recommend AVA! report abuse

  “We were really disappointed with the experience we had with this company. They installed an electric gate for our home, working with American Video on the electronic components. Unfortunately, just two years into the installation, the motor burned out, costing us over $800 to replace. Despite the initial joint guarantee offered by both companies, neither would take responsibility for the expense. Their customer service was shockingly poor – they even threatened legal action when we requested a reduction in the bill. It’s clear they don’t stand by their word, and we wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience.” report abuse
