  “I can’t recommend AVA enough! I was completely stressed out needing a security system, and Greg C. was a lifesaver. He took the time to explain everything – the cameras, the different products, and what would be the best fit for our home and budget. What really impressed me was that he came out the same day and installed the whole system quickly and efficiently. He even showed my whole family how to use it. And then, unbelievably, just a few days later, the system caught a burglar! I got an alert, checked the camera, and immediately called the police, who were very impressed with the quality of the cameras. It was truly the best money we’ve ever spent, and Greg’s expertise and fantastic service gave us real peace of mind.   “Unfortunately, our experience with this company and American Video was deeply disappointing. We had an electric gate installed at our home, with both companies providing services. Just two years into the installation, the motor burned out, resulting in an $800 replacement cost. Despite a joint guarantee offered before the work began, neither company would cover the expense. Their response to the issue was incredibly frustrating – they threatened legal action when we simply asked for a reduction in the bill. It’s clear this company doesn’t stand by its commitments, and we found their customer service to be unacceptable.” report abuse
