  Overall, my experience with Unlimited Plumbing has been a bit mixed. They’ve done some really impressive work for me, particularly with Eli who installed my water heater, water softener, and a lot of intricate in-wall plumbing. The workers themselves are fantastic – skilled and responsive, and I haven’t had to wait too long to get them scheduled. However, I’ve unfortunately encountered some serious issues. I’ve had two leaks, the most recent being a significant one with my water heater that I couldn’t even stop by shutting off the water. Getting help was a huge problem; the after-hours number went straight to voicemail, and I never received a visit or a callback – I ended up having to pay for another plumber to fix it. Plus, after Brandon installed a new furnace, there were quite a few dents and some damage to my wood. Despite the good work done by some of the technicians, the lack of responsiveness and the resulting problems have left me pretty disappointed. report abuse

  “I wanted to share my really positive experience with Unlimited Plumbing. My neighbor suggested them a few years back when we got our heater and AC, and I’m so glad I listened. Jeremy came out today to get the heater going, and he was fantastic. He apologized for running a little behind – Charity had already let me know about it – which I really appreciated. Honestly, it’s such a huge difference from my previous experience with another company who were four hours late and didn't even bother to call. Jeremy was incredibly professional and friendly, and I’ll definitely be recommending Unlimited Plumbing to my family and friends – their prices are great and they get the job done efficiently.” report abuse

  “I couldn’t be happier with the work Unlimited did. They quickly diagnosed the issue – it turned out the old clay pipe was completely ruined, and there was a previous, messy repair job they had to fix before replacing the entire 4-inch section. What impressed me most was their communication; they kept me updated throughout the whole day and explained everything clearly, including the problem with the tree roots nearby.   I was so impressed with Unlimited Plumbing! It was my first time using a plumbing service, and I was really happy with the entire experience. Ramon, the sales representative, was incredibly helpful and professional, and Alan, the technician, was fantastic – he was quick, efficient, and really respectful of our home.   “I’ve been a loyal Unlimited Plumbing customer for over 10 years, and I’ve always been incredibly pleased with their service – from installing my heating and A/C systems to replacing my garbage disposal and water heater, and even handling seasonal changeovers. They’re consistently reliable, prompt, and professional. However, I want to specifically commend Flavio for the recent heating/air conditioning changeover. He went above and beyond, completely flushing and cleaning my entire A/C system, and it looks fantastic!   I’ve been a loyal customer of Unlimited Plumbing since 2013, and I can’t recommend them enough! I’ve used their services multiple times over the years, and each time I’ve been incredibly impressed. I’ve recently had Eli and Christian come out to fix a leak, and they were both fantastic – truly professional, knowledgeable, and with a genuinely kind attitude. I’ve also consistently appreciated the exceptional service from Charity, the scheduler, and everyone else I’ve interacted with – like Tyler who came out in 2021 to fix an outside faucet. It’s clear Unlimited Plumbing invests in great people, and it shows! Their employees are compassionate, honest, and always willing to go the extra mile.
