  Overall, I had a really positive experience with US Home Renovation. I started the process through Lowe’s and David was fantastic from the very beginning. He was prompt, polite, and really took the time to explain everything clearly, giving me all the information I needed to decide if the swamp cooler installation was right for me. When the installation actually happened, he and his colleague were incredibly efficient and considerate of my schedule. I was particularly impressed that David followed up the next day when one of the coolers wasn’t running perfectly – he fixed it right away. He’s been easy to communicate with and just a genuinely pleasant person to deal with. I definitely plan to use him again for any future home projects. report abuse

  Overall, our experience with Pavel from US Home Renovation was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We were really struggling with a new home and a complete set of outdated appliances, and Pavel’s lack of professionalism significantly added to our stress. It started poorly with him getting lost and complaining about the drive, then continuing to complain about other workers being present at our house. Despite this, he managed to complete very little of the appliance installation due to a missing parts issue – a problem that wasn’t our fault. Throughout the entire process, Pavel seemed more focused on blaming others and expressing his annoyance than on actually solving the problems. He repeatedly insisted on leaving the appliances at our house, despite our repeated requests for him to take them away, and he seemed genuinely surprised when we asked to reschedule. Thankfully, the Lowes sales staff stepped in to help coordinate the rescheduling and ultimately ensure the appliances were finally installed. However, Pavel’s initial behavior was unprofessional and left us feeling undervalued as customers. It was clear he wasn’t handling the situation with tact or empathy, and we were left feeling quite disheartened by the experience. report abuse

  Okay, so the plumber replaced the old toilet flange, which was quite rusted. It took him about 10 minutes to install the new one after getting it – roughly 90 seconds to retrieve it. Ultimately, the whole job cost me $159.42. It just seems like these kinds of things – dealing with older plumbing – tend to cost a bit more when you’re older; I was thinking about how it might have been different if I’d been 30 years younger. report abuse
