We’d been hit with a lot of hail and had quite a few shingles blown away, but they took care of everything quickly and efficiently.   I’m incredibly disappointed with the work RMC did on my home. As a renter, I was really concerned about the whole process. The homeowner had them install a sheet metal roof over their existing shingle roof, which is a common practice, but I wouldn’t recommend it – the shingles create an uneven surface that leads to kinks and damage from even normal walking. Beyond that, the workmanship itself was sloppy. They left important things like anchoring the gutters and cooler legs undone, and the screw holes weren’t properly pre-drilled. The metal panels weren’t fitted tightly, and there was a lot of trash left around the property for days. It took multiple phone calls to get things actually completed. What really bothered me was the lack of respect for my property. The workers were careless, dropping roofing materials onto my car – my red car, actually – and leaving sticky residue on my blue car. When I brought this up to Rick Courville, he didn’t take responsibility. On top of that, they played loud music while my girlfriend and I were working, completely disregarding our space. It was just a really unprofessional experience overall. I wouldn’t choose RMC again, even though they were the cheapest option; I’d strongly recommend finding a roofer who prioritizes quality, protects your property, and treats their workers with respect.” report abuse

  “I’m absolutely thrilled with the work that was done on my home. They completely replaced my entire flat roof with foam roofing, which has been a huge relief knowing I don't have to worry about water pooling and causing damage. It’s also fantastic insulation! They even repaired the damage to my kitchen ceiling caused by the solar panels – a really thorough job. The team were incredibly polite, efficient, and did a fantastic job cleaning up afterwards.
