  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience using Louisiana Foundation Repair. I purchased a home three years ago and secured a 10-year warranty with them, but from the very beginning it’s been a frustrating process. Initially, the receptionist misled me, telling me the warranty was only good for five years – I’ve kept all my paperwork as a precaution. Now, seven months later, they still haven’t even scheduled an inspection of the work they’ve done. Every time I call, I’m simply told “I’ll let them know you called,” and I’m never given any concrete information. It’s completely unacceptable, and I’m wasting my time. I strongly advise anyone considering Louisiana Foundation Repair to look elsewhere – save yourself the hassle and go with a more reliable company. I’m planning to try and get a direct contact tomorrow to see if we can finally move forward. report abuse

  “I contacted this company about a month ago to get an estimate for foundation repairs, and they said someone would call me back. Unfortunately, no one ever did. When I called today, I was simply told to get an estimate from another company.   Honestly, I was really disappointed with my experience. I called to get a quote, but the person who answered the phone just said “hello” and didn’t seem to understand I needed assistance.
