  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. I invested in solar panels back in 2021, and it’s been nothing but a nightmare since then. My roof now has a leak, and the solar panels aren’t working at all. I’ve reached out to both the CEO and the service manager repeatedly, but it’s like I’m just being passed back and forth – there’s no real communication or resolution happening within the company. It’s frustrating to feel completely ignored. To add to the problems, they’re refusing to fix my leaking roof, even though they’d already addressed it once before, and now I’m worried about mold growth due to the ongoing leak, especially during storms. They recently quoted me an $85-an-hour rate to repair the panels, despite the 20-year warranty that wasn’t discussed during the initial sale. I was really impressed by the positive reviews before I made the purchase, but my experience has been shockingly bad.” report abuse
